Taco Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 pkg. enchilada mix
    1 pkg. corn tortillas
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. milk
    2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion and parsley.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Drain fat.
    Add tomato sauce and 1/2 package enchilada mix. Stir.
    Cut up tortillas into 1-inch pieces.
    Add to meat.
    Pour in milk and soup.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Pour everything into 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Top casserole with 2 cups shredded cheese last 5 minutes of baking.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
