Easy Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sharp grated cheese
    Ritz cracker crumbs
    2 beaten eggs
    1 chopped medium onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to directions and drain.
    Mix mushroom soup, salt, pepper, 1/2 cup grated cheese, eggs and onion.
    Fold broccoli into mixture and top with remaining cheese and cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 45 minutes.
