Marinated Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can red kidney beans
    1 (20 oz.) can white kidney beans, drained
    1 c. celery, thin sliced
    2 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
    1/4 c. onions, thin sliced
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. low-fat Italian dressing
    1/4 tsp. dill weed
    1 c. green pepper, thin sliced
Preparation
    Chill, tightly covered, for at least one hour.
    Serve over lettuce leaf and garnish with mint or parsley.
