Party Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. crushed hash brown potatoes
16 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. diced onion
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a sprayed 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Drizzle over the top 1 stick of melted butter.
Bake for 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven.
Serves 12.
