Lomi Lomi Poke - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. raw aku or ahi
    1/2 tsp. sesame oil
    1 tsp. sesame seed
    1/2 c. green onions, chopped
    1 medium tomato, chopped
    1/2 c. Maui onions, chopped
    1/2 c. shoyu (more may be added)
Preparation
    Cut
    fish
    into bite size pieces.
    Mix all ingredients, including
    fish,
    in large bowl with your hands.
    If you want, limu may also be added.
