"Fish" Cakes And Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Soyameat (chicken style) or rehydrated TVP (textured vegetable protein; light granules)
    1 (7 oz.) can tartex
    1 stalk celery
    1 Tbsp. onion, chopped, or 1/4 tsp. onion powder
    4 egg whites
    2 Tbsp. salad dressing
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. paprika
    corn flake crumbs as needed
Preparation
    Grind soyameat, celery and onion.
    Combine all other ingredients.
    If too moist, thicken with crumbs.
    Form into patties and roll in corn flake crumbs.
    Bake on cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serves 9.
    Serve with sauce.
