Raw Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. carrots
    6 red bell peppers
    6 medium onions
    6 green bell peppers
    3/4 c. salt
    3 pt. vinegar
    6 pt. sugar
Preparation
    Grind vegetables.
    Put with salt and stir.
    Let stand 30 minutes.
    Squeeze out juice.
    Mix vinegar and sugar.
    Mix with vegetables.
    Put in jars and seal.
