Cool Rise - Rapid Mix Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 1/2 c. flour
    1 cake or pkg. dry
    2/3 c. hot tap water
    5 Tbsp. soft margarine
    1/2 c. dry yeast
    1/5 tsp. salt
    1 egg (room temperature)
Preparation
    With a mixer, mix 1 cup flour, sugar, salt and yeast.
    Add margarine and hot water and mix for 2 minutes at medium speed. Add egg and 1/2 cup flour.
    Beat at high speed for 2 minutes. Using spoon, add enough flour to make a soft dough.
    Knead until smooth.
    Cover for 20 minutes.
    Shape into rolls or place in loaf pan.
    Let stand for 10 minutes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Dough may be refrigerated for up to 48 hours.
