Chicken And Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

1 (20 oz.) bag frozen chopped broccoli
6 pieces chicken breasts
2 cans Campbell's Special Request cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. reduced fat mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 (2 oz.) pkg. low-fat American cheese, grated
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation

Boil chicken pieces.
Remove skin and bones and cut meat into chunks.
Prepare broccoli according to package directions and drain well.
Arrange broccoli in bottom of 12 x 7-inch pan, sprayed with Pam.
Put chicken on top of broccoli.
In medium bowl, mix next 3 ingredients together well and pour over chicken and broccoli.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Mix butter with bread crumbs and sprinkle over all.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 35 minutes or until cheese and crumbs start to bubble and brown.
You may make ahead of time and refrigerate, but let it come to room temperature before cooking.
