Rosemary'S Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beef brisket
    2 c. hot water
    5 drops Tabasco
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
    sliced onions
Preparation
    Sear beef in frying pan, then put in baking dish.
    Add hot water, Tabasco, garlic and Kitchen Bouquet.
    Cover meat with onions.
    Cover baking dish and bake at 300\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    Can let cool and slice, then reheat to serve; also freezes well.
