Ingredients

8 oz. milk chocolate, chopped
3 c. half and half
1 c. heavy cream
4 egg yolks
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 1/2 Tbsp. pure vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. pure almond extract
Preparation

In double boiler over gently simmering water, melt chocolate. Stir until smooth.
Remove top pan and set aside off heat.
