Homemade Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 qt. cream
    1 qt. half and half
    dash of salt
    3 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Dissolve sugar and cream.
    Add salt and vanilla.
    Put in freezer for 20 minutes.
    Freeze in ice cream freezer.
    Makes 4 quarts ice cream.
