Creole Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fresh or frozen corn
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. sliced green pepper
3 Tbsp. butter or oleo
1 c. strained canned tomatoes
salt and pepper
Preparation

Cook corn, onion and pepper in butter until corn is tender or about 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and heat thoroughly.
