Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. corn meal
    1 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1 c. buttermilk
    3 to 4 jalapeno peppers, chopped, remove seeds
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/3 c. oil
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients.
    Add other ingredients, mix well. Pour into greased hot skillet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 about 30 minutes or until done.
