Fettucine Alfredo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fettucine noodles
1 egg yolk
1 c. cream
salt to taste
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

While noodles are cooking, beat egg yolks into cream and grate the cheese.
Melt butter over low heat in a medium saucepan.
Add egg and cream mixture and blend well.
Stir occasionally to keep from sticking.
Once liquid is hot enough to melt cheese, gradually add cheese, blending well after each addition.
Do not boil!!
Add salt to taste.
Drain noodles and mix sauce into them. Serve at once.
Garnish with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese.
Serves 8.
Serving suggestion:
Use as a main course with a tossed salad and steamed vegetables.
