Italian Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef or ground round
1 large onion, chopped (use more, if you're so inclined)
1 clove garlic, minced or put through garlic press
1 green pepper, seeded, cored and chopped
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 pkg. elbow macaroni
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Fry out beef and onion until onion is lightly brown and the beef cooked through. Drain.
Cook the macaroni as package directs. Drain.
Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
