Sour Cream Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 (4 oz.) can green chiles
3 c. cooked chicken or turkey, diced
1 doz. corn tortillas
2 to 3 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 bunches green onions, chopped
Preparation

Combine soup, sour cream and chiles to make sauce.
Dip tortilla in hot oil.
Remove and place some chicken, onion and cheese in tortilla.
Roll and place in baking dish.
Pour sauce over tortillas and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until bubbling.
Serves 6 to 8.
