Company Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 slices bread, cubed
1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
1 lb. bulk sausage, crumbled, fried and drained
1/2 c. melted margarine
6 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 qt. milk
Preparation

Place bread cubes in greased oblong baking dish; sprinkle grated cheese over bread.
Sprinkle sausage over cheese and pour margarine over sausage.
Beat eggs with mustard, salt and milk and pour over casserole.
Cover and chill overnight.
Bake, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until firm.
(Bacon or ham may be used in combination with sausage.)
