Herb Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

2 lb. red potatoes
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1/2 c. prepared Good Seasons herb and garlic salad dressing
Preparation

Cut potatoes, onion, green pepper and red pepper into chunks. Mix all ingredients in shallow baking pan, arrange in single layer. Bake until potatoes are tender and golden brown, stirring occasionally.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
