Low-Calorie Zucchini Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium zucchini, sliced 1/4-inch thick (3 1/2 c.)
    1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped (1/4 c.)
    1 c. tomato sauce
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 slightly beaten egg
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
    4 1/2 oz. = 130 grams = 3 slices Mozzarella
Preparation
    In a 1 1/2-quart casserole, micro-cook zucchini and 2 tablespoons water, covered, on 100% power (HIGH) for 4 to 6 minutes or until tender, stirring once. Drain in a colander. Set aside.
