Cheese Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 stick butter, softened
    1 c. sifted flour
    garlic salt to taste
    paprika to taste
Preparation
    Combine cheese and butter.
    Add remaining ingredients slowly. Roll into log.
    Wrap and chill.
    (Do not freeze!) Slice and bake at 350\u00b0 about 10 minutes.
    This will keep in refrigerator 3 months!
