White Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 1/2 to 7 c. all-purpose flour
    2 pkg. yeast
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. water
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, combine 3 cups flour, yeast, salt and sugar.
    Mix well.
    In saucepan, heat water, milk and shortening until very warm, 120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0.
    Shortening does not need to melt. Add to flour mixture.
    Blend at low speed until blended.
    Beat 3 minutes.
    By hand stir in enough flour to make firm dough.
    Knead 5 to 8 minutes.
    Place in greased bowl, turning to grease top. Cover; let rise until double, about 1 hour.
    Punch down.
    Divide into two parts.
    Roll each into a 14 x 7-inch rectangle, starting with short side; roll tight.
    Put into greased loaf pan, turning to grease top to let rise again until dough gets to top of loaf pan, about 30 minutes.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until brown and the loaves have a hollow sound when tapped.
