Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen broccoli
3/4 c. grated cheese (sharp)
1/4 c. milk
1 beaten egg
1 small grated onion
butter
1 c. saltine cracker crumbs (3/4 c. into casserole and 1/4 c. sprinkled on top)
Preparation

Cook broccoli according to directions, leaving out salt. Drain and put in casserole dish.
Dot with butter.
Mix the remaining ingredients thoroughly and pour the mixture over broccoli.
Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top and again dot with butter.
Bake at 325\u00b0 or 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese and melt.
