Corn Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream-style corn
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 eggs, separated
2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
1 Tbsp. butter
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine corn, milk, sugar, flour, egg yolks, butter, salt and pepper.
Beat egg whites until frothy, about 1 minute.
Add to corn mixture. Pour into lightly greased casserole dish.
Bake at 300\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 until top is brown and bubbly.
Recipe can be doubled.
