Bite-Size Bacon Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 tart shells
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    8 oz. sliced bacon, diced
    3 large eggs
    1 c. half and half cream
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Cook diced bacon until crisp.
    Remove to paper towels and drain.
    Cool.
    Beat eggs, half and half, salt and pepper.
    Into each tart sprinkle some bacon and spoon in about 1 tablespoon egg mixture.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Serve immediately.
