Swiss Steak Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. tomato juice
2 Tbsp. shortening
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 c. meat stock
few drops of Kitchen bouquet
Preparation
-
Stir flour, salt, pepper & shortening over medium heat until lightly browned.
Add liquids and stir until thickened.
Pour over swiss steak.
Serves 6.
