Frozen Pudding-Wiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cold milk
    1 pkg. Jell-O instant pudding mix
    1 3/4 c. (4 oz.) Cool Whip
    24 grahams, chocolate wafers or chocolate chip cookies
Preparation
    Pour milk into a small mixing bowl.
    Add pudding mix.
    Beat with a wire whisk until blended for 1 to 2 minutes.
    Let stand for 5 minutes.
    Fold in whipped topping.
    Spread filling about 1/2-inch thick on one cookie or cracker.
    Press another on top. Freeze until firm about 4 hours.
    Wrap for the freezer, keeps up to 2 weeks.
