Incredible New York Cheesecake(Not For The Faint Of Heart) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. Ricotta cheese
1 lb. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 eggs
6 Tbsp. flour
1 pt. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cream together the Ricotta and cream cheese.
Add sugar.
Add eggs one at a time; beat after each addition.
Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into a 10-inch spring-form pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Turn oven off and leave cake in to cool for another hour.
Do not open oven door until the whole 2 hours are finished!
