Potato And Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. potatoes
    1 c. water
    1 c. carrots
    1 bunch broccoli
    1/4 c. onion
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 tsp. chicken bouillon
    3/4 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 3/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 lb. Velveeta
Preparation
    In large saucepan, combine potatoes, water, carrots, onion, broccoli, parsley, bouillon and seasonings. Mix well. Cover. Simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until veggies are tender. Gradually add milk to mixture. Add cornstarch to small amount of milk, then pour in. Cook until thickened. Add cheese and stir until melted.
