Matterhorn Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. canned chickpeas
    2 slices Swiss cheese, cut in julienne strips
    3 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped red onion
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except oil, vinegar and garlic salt; gently toss until well mixed.
    Combine remaining ingredients until well blended.
    Toss with salad.
    Chill in refrigerator 1 hour.
