Angel Food Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white syrup
2 1/2 Tbsp. baking soda
dipping chocolate
Preparation

Boil on medium heat to 290\u00b0.
Quickly add baking soda.
Stir very fast, when it foams, pour on buttered cookie sheet.
When cool, break into pieces and dip in chocolate.
Makes a large batch.
Be sure you use a large pan, it expands a lot!
