Oven-Fried Crappie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. crappie fillets
1/3 c. nonfat yogurt
1/2 c. mustard
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. corn chips, finely crushed
1/2 tsp. thyme
Preparation

Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
Mix yogurt, mustard and lemon juice.
Dip dish into mixture, coat with chips and place in buttered baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, for 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Serves 4.
