Baked French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
    8 slices (1-inch thick) bread
Preparation
    Heat oven to 475\u00b0. Drizzle melted butter onto 17 x 15-inch jelly roll pan. Whisk together milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla and spices. Dip both sides of bread into milk mixture. Place on prepared pan. Pour any remaining mixture over bread. Let stand 20 minutes, turning bread over a couple of times.
    Bake at 475\u00b0 for about 15 minutes, turning once, until puffed and golden.
