Baked Celery Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. celery, sliced
1/4 bunch parsley
3/4 c. walnuts
1 large white onion
1/2 green pepper
1 c. fine whole wheat crumbs
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3 Tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
-
Put celery, parsley, walnuts, onion and green pepper through a food chopper, using coarse blade.
Combine remaining ingredients and fold into celery mixture.
