Broccoli-Cheese-Noodle Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    6 c. water
    6 chicken bouillon cubes
    8 oz. fine noodles
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli
    6 c. milk
    1 lb. American cheese, cubed
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, heat butter.
    Add onion and saute for 3 minutes.
    Add water and bouillon cubes.
    Heat to boiling, until cubes dissolve.
    Add broccoli (chopped) and garlic powder.
    Cook for 2 minutes.
    Add noodles and cook until tender.
    Add cheese and stir until melted.
    Add milk and pepper.
    Stir constantly.
    Makes 4 quarts.
    May be frozen.
