Laredo Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. chopped stewed tomatoes
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz with jalapeno peppers (optional)
Preparation
    Brown beef, drain.
    Add green peppers and onion.
    Add chopped tomatoes, beans, chili powder and Cheez Whiz.
    Simmer 15 minutes. Serve over corn chips with lettuce.
