Chocolate Mousse Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
    1/4 c. brewed coffee
    1 1/2 tsp. orange flavored liqueur
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    chocolate crumb crust
    3 egg whites
    3 egg yolks
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    whipped cream
Preparation
    Melt the chocolate over hot water.
    Blend in coffee and liqueur.
    Add egg yolks, one at a time.
    Stir in vanilla and cool slightly.
    Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until soft peaks form.
    Add sugar; beat until stiff and not dry.
    Gently fold egg white mixture into chocolate mixture.
    Turn into crust; freeze until firm.
    Top with whipped cream when serving.
