Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. oil
2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. flour
2 c. grated zucchini

Preparation

Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
