Potato Skins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 baking potatoes
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Scrub and pierce potatoes.
    Bake on cookie sheet for 45 minutes and cool briefly.
    Halve lengthwise; remove flesh leaving 1/8-inch shell.
    Raise heat to 500\u00b0.
    Combine butter and soy sauce.
    Brush both sides of shell with butter mixture.
    Place on cookie sheet with outside up and bake 8 to 10 minutes.
