Chicken Crepe - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. minced onion or shallot
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/4 c. half and half
1 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 Tbsp. sherry (optional)
1/4 c. grated Parmesan or Swiss cheese
1/4 c. sliced almonds

Preparation

Melt butter; add onion or shallot and saute until soft.
Add flour; cook until bubbly.
Add half and half; cook until thick and smooth.
Add chicken and sherry to half of the sauce.
