Tortilla Melts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 deboned, split chicken breasts
4 flour tortillas
1/2 c. chunky salsa
4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Grill chicken breasts until done.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cut into slender strips.
Fry flour tortillas in hot oil until lightly brown, turning once.
Spread each tortilla with approximately 2 tablespoons chunky salsa.
Layer each with chicken strips and Mozzarella cheese.
Place on baking sheet or plate and place in preheated oven or microwave until cheese melts.
May top with lettuce and tomatoes, if desired.
Yields 4 servings.
