Peachy Pork Picante Over Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork, cut into cubes
    2 tsp. oil
    1/3 c. peach jelly
    1 Tbsp. taco seasoning mix
    1 (8 oz.) salsa
    rice, cooked
Preparation
    Coat pork with taco seasoning mix; brown in oil.
    Add salsa and peach jelly.
    Simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
