Microwave Chocolate Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. low-fat milk
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. granulated sugar
    6 pkg. sugar substitute
    1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. diet oleo
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a 2-quart microproof dish, stir together milk and cornstarch until dissolved.
    Stir in sugar and sugar substitute, cocoa and salt.
    Cook at 100% power (High), stir several times, for 6 minutes, until thickened.
    Stir in the margarine and vanilla. Pour into individual servings, cover and refrigerate. Makes five 1/2-cup servings.
