Chili Upside Down Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 can Ranch style beans
1 envelope taco seasoning
Preparation

Prepare cornbread mix in tiara pan according to directions on package.
Brown beef and onion together; add beans and taco seasoning and enough water to combine all ingredients.
Cook for about 20 minutes.
Unmold cornbread, spread chili mix in center. Cover with Cheddar cheese and bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes until cheese melts.
Serve like pie slices, topping with sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, picante sauce, etc.
