Marinated Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) roast
    1 (5 oz.) bottle soy sauce
    1/2 c. red wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    garlic or garlic powder
    onion salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except roast.
    Place roast in bag in a shallow pan.
    Pour
    marinade over roast; cover for 24 hours in refrigerator, turning once.
    Bake in marinade at 350\u00b0 for 2 or 3 hours.
