Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
2 c. boiling water
2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. diced apples
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add cranberry sauce, lemon juice, apples and walnuts.
Let congeal slightly.
Pour into mold. Chill until firm.
May garnish with mayonnaise if you wish. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
