Pam Luna'S Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 can chicken broth
    1 small jar pimentos
    1 large jar Cheez Whiz
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 can chopped green chilies
    1 chopped jalapeno pepper
    1 large bag Doritos tortilla chips
Preparation
    Boil and debone the chicken.
    Combine the soups, broth, pimentos, Cheez Whiz, onion, chili powder, green chilies and jalapeno pepper in a large saucepan.
    Cook until heated thoroughly.
    Line a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with 1/2 bag of tortilla chips.
    Add the deboned chicken to the saucepan and pour this mixture over the chips.
    Top with remaining chips.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until it bubbles, about 20 to 25 minutes.
