Red Fish Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    red fish
    mustard
    1 c. cornflake crumbs
    3/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. cracker meal
    1 1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. ground red pepper
    1/2 Tbsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. Season-All
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. Tony Cachere's Cajun Creole seasoning
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except mustard and red fish and mix well.
    Spread mustard all over fish.
    Let set 10 minutes. Coat fish in batter mix.
    Deep fry fish.
