Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 stick oleo or butter
    2 to 4 slices American cheese
    1 pkg. cheese mix (out of Kraft macaroni and cheese box)
    2 small onions
    10 medium potatoes
    1 can whole drained corn
Preparation
    Peel and quarter potatoes; put on to boil.
    Brown ground beef; cook onions, if desired.
    Drain and put beef in bottom of casserole dish (1 1/2-quart to 2 1/2-quart size).
