Easy Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. beef stew meat
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. oil
1 large onion
1 garlic clove, minced
4 c. water
4 beef bouillon cubes
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
1/4 tsp. pepper
5 potatoes, cut into chunks
1 (16 oz.) bag carrots
1 (10 oz.) bag peas
Preparation

Cut meat into
bite-size chunks, then cover with flour. In Dutch oven, heat oil.
Brown
meat on both sides and reduce heat to\tmedium.
Add
onion,
garlic
and
remaining
flour. Gradually add water,\tbouillon cubes, salt, Worcestershire and pepper.
Cook stirring until mixture is slightly thick.
Cover and simmer for 2 1/2
hours,
then
add potatoes, carrots and peas.\tCook 30 minutes longer.
